If you have high blood pressure, there are some rules that you must consider at every cost.

Therefore, if you have high blood pressure:
- Do not do many things at one time and never rush for anything. Do not get mad or angry, do not yell and do not get nervous.

- In the morning drink 1 glass of water to clean your kidneys, make a short gymnastic and take a shower.
- Try to do something in your free time involved with more movement. Walk every day 5-7 km. Walk fast until you get a little sweaty.
