We must drink daily at least 1-2 liters of water.

70% of our body mass is water. That is why the right regime of drinking water is very important.

The lack of water influences all the parts of our body, because they are starting to feel at the same time a lack of nutritious materials.

If you drink less water, your body will get weaker and it will have difficulties with new tasks. You will start to be tiered and you will feel nervous all the time.

The harmful substances in your body will increase and you can experience headaches. People are having troubles with sleeping and they feel constantly stressed.

Lack of water is one of the basic reasons for kidney troubles or blocked arteries. The hair gets dry and the nails are getting softer. All these things are symptoms that your body is lacking water.

Sometimes people are misunderstanding the use of water in a different way. They think that when drinking more water they are eliminating more harmful substances. The body is adjusting to the increased water consummation and it cannot operate without it. If you drink, more water than you need you will start to lose not only harmful but also healthy substances.

Specialists recommend drinking 1-2 liters average per day.
